These terms apply when you use this website and request a booking from Deniel I.T Services.
Booking requests
Sending a request through this website does not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only when Deniel I.T Services confirms it to you by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Prices and availability
Prices shown on this site and in your request are estimates. The final price, including any taxes, fees and add-ons, is confirmed with your booking. Availability can change until a booking is confirmed.
Drivers and documents
Drivers must hold a valid driving licence and meet the age and experience requirements we explain when we confirm your booking. We may ask to see your licence and identification at pick-up.
Payment, deposits and cancellations
Payment, any deposit and the cancellation or change rules are explained when your booking is confirmed and in the rental agreement you sign at pick-up.
Using the vehicle
The rental agreement sets out how the vehicle may be used, who is responsible for damage, fines and fuel, and what insurance applies. Please read it before you sign.
Our responsibility
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law.
